SOLICITATION OF COMPANY PERSONNEL. For a period of seven (7) years --------------------------------- from the date hereof, whether or not Employee is employed by Company, Employee will not solicit for employment with another Person anyone who is or was, at any time during the year prior to the Termination Date, a Company employee or a registered representative licensed with or through Company.
