Solicitation of Customers and/or Suppliers. During the Restricted Period, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, initiate communications with, solicit, persuade, entice, induce, or encourage (or assist any other Person to do any of the foregoing), for the Executive’s benefit or for the benefit of any Person other than the Company, any Person who is then or has been within the preceding 12-month period a customer, supplier or account of the Company, or any potential customer, supplier or account whose identity the Executive learned during the course of his relationship with the Company (whether or not prior to the date hereof), to terminate its contractual or other relationship with the Company.
