Common use of Solicitation of Customers and Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Customers and Suppliers. Executive agrees that, during the Employment Term and for a period of one year following a termination of employment other than following a Change of Control, he shall not, directly or indirectly, individually, or together through any other person, firm, corporation or entity, (i) solicit the business of any material customers of or supplies to the Company, or (ii) discourage any person or entity which is a customer of the Company from continuing its business relationship with the Company. 5.4
