At any time prior to the Closing Date, BUYER will not, and will not permit any of its affiliates, if any, to conduct any marketing, media or customer solicitation campaign which is targeted to induce customers whose Deposit Account liabilities are to be assumed or Office Loans are to be acquired by BUYER pursuant to this Agreement to discontinue their account or business relationships with SELLER or its affiliates.
