Common use of Solicitation of Customers Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Customers Prohibited. For a period of one year following the termination of Employee's employment, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly solicit the business of any of Company's customers in any way competitive with the business or demonstrably anticipated business of the Company. Employee further agrees that he shall make any subsequent employer aware of this non-solicitation obligation.
