Solicitation of Employees and Consultants. Executive agrees that during the term of his employment, and for a period of two (2) years thereafter, Executive shall not either directly or indirectly solicit, any employees or consultants of the Company or any of its subsidiaries to terminate their relationship with the same, or attempt to solicit employees or consultants of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, either for Executive or for any other person or entity.
