Solicitation of Enrolling Units. UnitedHealthcare authorizes Agent to sell UnitedHealthcare’s Benefit Plans under the terms of this Agreement. Agent agrees to solicit prospective Enrolling Units to enroll in one or more Benefit Plans from UnitedHealthcare. In making these solicitations, Agent will comply with the following terms and conditions:
