Common use of Solicitation of Executives Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Executives. From the date hereof until 24 months after Final Termination, Executive shall not, without the prior written approval of the Board of the Company, directly or indirectly, solicit, raid, entice or induce any person who presently is or at any time during the term hereof shall be an employee of the Company or its majority owned Affiliates and who was or is eligible for a grant under the Company's 1997 Equity Participation Plan or any successor plan, to become employed by any other person, firm or corporation in any business in competition with the Company.
