For so long as there is any order for Articles in effect between Xxxxx and Seller and for twelve (12) months thereafter, Xxxxx agrees that it shall not solicit for employment any employee or contractor of Seller. Seller shall not be restricted from soliciting any employee, contractor or customer of Buyer.
