Common use of Solicitation Representations Clause in Contracts

Solicitation Representations. Consultant represents and warrants that all statements and representations made in Consultant’s proposal, bid, or other supporting documents submitted to County in connection with the solicitation, negotiation, or award of this Agreement, including during the procurement or evaluation process, were true and correct when made and are true and correct as of the date Consultant executes this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly disclosed in writing by Consultant.
