SOLICITATION SCHEDULE. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure that proposals are delivered to the Purchasing Office before the due date and time. Proposals shall be valid and irrevocable for a minimum of sixty (60) days from the due date. Submission, modification, or withdrawal of proposals after the due date/time will NOT be considered.
