Soliciting Task Order Proposals. When the Government has a requirement for services to be performed under this contract, the KO will issue a request for task order proposal which will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:  Instructions to Offerors (ITO) providing specific proposal requirements  Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement/Statement of Objectives  OCI Disclosure Form (Attachment 2)  Pricing Template
