Solicitor’s Approval. 31.1 This Agreement is subject to and conditional upon the Purchaser's solicitor's approval of form and content of this Agreement within five (5) working days of the date of this Agreement. This condition is inserted for the sole benefit of the Purchaser and will be limited to the conveyancing (not commercial) aspects of this Agreement.
