Solicitor’s Approval Clause Samples

The Solicitors Approval clause gives each party’s legal representative the right to review and approve the agreement before it becomes binding. In practice, this means that the contract is not finalized until both parties’ solicitors have confirmed that its terms are satisfactory, often within a specified timeframe. This clause ensures that both parties receive professional legal advice and protection, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or unfavorable terms being inadvertently accepted.
