Common use of Solvency Opinion Clause in Contracts

Solvency Opinion. The Administrative Agent shall have received a satisfactory solvency opinion from ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Co. which shall document the solvency of the Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis after giving effect to the Transaction, the financing thereof and the other transactions contemplated hereby.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a satisfactory solvency an opinion from or opinions of Murray, Devine & Co. in form and substance s▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ct▇▇▇ & Co. ▇▇ it which shall document the solvency of the Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis after giving effect to the Transaction, consummation of the financing thereof Merger and the other transactions and related financings contemplated hereby.
