Common use of Solvency Opinion Clause in Contracts

Solvency Opinion. The Lenders shall have received a satisfactory solvency opinion from an independent valuation firm satisfactory to the Syndication Agent which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its subsidiaries taken as a whole after giving effect to the Closing Date and after giving effect to the Tender Offer Purchase and the financings and related transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Opinion. The Lenders shall have received a satisfactory solvency opinion from an independent valuation firm satisfactory to the Syndication Agent Valuation Research Corporation which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its subsidiaries taken as a whole Subsidiaries after giving effect to the Closing Date and after giving effect to the Tender Offer Purchase Transaction and the financings and related transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Opinion. The Lenders shall have received a satisfactory solvency opinion from an independent valuation firm in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Syndication Agent Lenders from Valuation Research Corporation, which shall document opine as to the solvency of the Borrower Holdings, LIN and its subsidiaries Subsidiaries, taken as a whole whole, after giving effect to the Closing Date and after giving effect to the Tender Offer Purchase Transactions and the financings and related other transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Opinion. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency opinion from an independent valuation firm satisfactory to the Syndication Agent issued by Appraisal Economics, Inc. which shall document the solvency of the Borrower and its subsidiaries taken Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the Closing Date and after giving effect to the Tender Offer Purchase and the financings and related transactions contemplated hereby.

Solvency Opinion. The Lenders shall have received a reasonably satisfactory solvency opinion from an independent valuation a firm satisfactory to the Syndication Administrative Agent which shall document the solvency of the Borrower Borrowers and its subsidiaries taken their Subsidiaries considered as a whole after giving effect to the Closing Date and after giving effect to the Tender Offer Purchase and the financings and related transactions contemplated hereby.
