Common use of Sona’s Stockholders Clause in Contracts

Sona’s Stockholders. Schedule 2.5 hereto contains a true and complete list of the record owner of all of the outstanding shares of Sona’s Common Stock together with the number of securities held. To Sona’s knowledge, except as described in Schedule 2.5, there is no voting trust, agreement or arrangement among any of the beneficial holders of Sona’s Common Stock affecting the nomination or election of directors or the exercise of the voting rights of Sona’s Common Stock.
