SOUND ORDINANCE. Per City Ordinance, loud noise is not allowed during move in and move out between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please refer to Exhibit E. Sound Monitor/Engineer must be on site for sound check and all music performances. All amplified music/sound must end by 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, and by 9:00 PM on Sunday. Bull horns or similar devices are not allowed. Vendors are prohibited from playing any sound systems (radios, public address systems, portable speakers, etc) that create amplified sound.
