Source and Nature of Payments from Trust Land Consolidation Fund. The Parties agree that all payments for fractionated or escheated shares of individual Indian trust land purchased pursuant to the Trust Land Consolidation Fund are derived directly from interests of individual Indians in trust and restricted lands.
