Source Code Licence. 6.8.1 The Contractor hereby grants to the Purchaser a perpetual, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, enhance, translate (and to licence a Third Party to do all such acts on its behalf) the Source Code and object code versions of the Contractor Software and the Specially Written Software. 6.8.2 The foregoing licence shall only become effective if Purchaser becomes entitled to obtain access to the Source Code version of the Contractor Software and the Specially Written Software pursuant to the source code escrow agreement referred to in Clause 6.7 (Escrow) and the licence shall be subject to any obligations of confidentiality contained herein in respect of the object code version of the Contractor Software.
