Common use of Source for City Payments Clause in Contracts

Source for City Payments. (a) The City shall be obligated to make 2014-A Purchase Payments hereunder solely from Distribution System Net Revenues to the extent permitted by law and, prior to the Crossover Date, from the Surplus Revenues in the Qualified Obligations Account. The 2014-A Purchase Payments to be made hereunder, designated as payable from Surplus Revenues in the Qualified Obligations Account, satisfy the covenant set forth (i) in Section 6.05 of the 1999 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 1999 Installment Purchase Agreement, (ii) in Section 6.05 of the 2003-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2003-A Installment Purchase Agreement, (iii) in Section 6.05 of the 2009-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2009-A Installment Purchase Agreement and (iv) in Section 6.05 of the 2011-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2011-A Installment Purchase Agreement and (v) in Section 6.05 of the 2012-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2012-A Installment Purchase Agreement.

Source for City Payments. (a) The City shall be obligated to make 2014-A 2016 Purchase Payments hereunder solely from Distribution System Net Revenues to the extent permitted by law and, prior to the Crossover Date, from the Surplus Revenues in the Qualified Obligations Account. The 2014-A 2016 Purchase Payments to be made hereunder, designated as payable from Surplus Revenues in the Qualified Obligations Account, satisfy the covenant set forth (i) in Section 6.05 of the 1999 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 1999 Installment Purchase Agreement, (ii) in Section 6.05 of the 2003-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2003-A Installment Purchase Agreement, (iii) in Section 6.05 of the 2009-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2009-A Installment Purchase Agreement and Agreement, (ivii) in Section 6.05 of the 2011-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2011-A Installment Purchase Agreement and Agreement, (viii) in Section 6.05 of the 2012-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2012-A Installment Purchase Agreement, (iv) in Section 6.05 of the 2014-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2014-A Installment Purchase Agreement and (v) in Section 6.05 of the 2015-B Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2015-B Installment Purchase Agreement.

Source for City Payments. (a) The City shall be obligated to make 20142009-A Purchase Payments hereunder solely from Distribution System Net Revenues to the extent permitted by law and, prior to the Crossover Date, from the Surplus Revenues in the Qualified Obligations Account. The 20142009-A Purchase Payments to be made hereunder, designated as payable from Surplus Revenues in the Qualified Obligations Account, satisfy the covenant set forth (i) in Section 6.05 of the 1998 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations (as such term is defined in the 1998 Installment Purchase Agreement) for purposes of the 1998 Installment Purchase Agreement, (ii) in Section 6.05 of the 1999 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations (as such term is defined in and the 1999 Installment Purchase Agreement) for purposes of the 1999 Installment Purchase Agreement, (iiiii) in Section 6.05 of the 2002-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations (as such term is defined in the 2002-A Installment Purchase Agreement) for purposes of the 2002-A Installment Purchase Agreement, (iv) in Section 6.05 of the 2002-B Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations (as such term is defined in the 2002-B Installment Purchase Agreement) for purposes of the 2002-B Installment Purchase Agreement, (v) in Section 6.06 of the 2003-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations (as such term is defined in and the 2003-A Installment Purchase Agreement) for purposes of the 2003-A Installment Purchase Agreement, Agreement and (iiivi) in Section 6.05 of the 20092003-A B Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations (as such term is defined in and the 2003-B Installment Purchase Agreement) for purposes of the 20092003-A Installment Purchase Agreement and (iv) in Section 6.05 of the 2011-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2011-A Installment Purchase Agreement and (v) in Section 6.05 of the 2012-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2012-A B Installment Purchase Agreement.

The 20142024-A Purchase Payments to be made hereunder, designated as payable from Surplus Revenues in the Qualified Obligations Account, satisfy the covenant set forth (i) in Section 6.05 of the 1999 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 1999 Installment Purchase Agreement, (ii) in Section 6.05 of the 20032014-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2003-2014- A Installment Purchase Agreement, (iiiii) in Section 6.05 of the 20092015-A B Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2009-A 2015- B Installment Purchase Agreement and Agreement, (iviii) in Section 6.05 of the 2011-A 2017 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2011-A 2017 Installment Purchase Agreement and Agreement, (viv) in Section 6.05 of the 2012-A 2020 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2012-A 2020 Installment Purchase Agreement and (v) Section 6.05 of the 2022 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2022 Installment Purchase Agreement.

The 2014-A 2022 Purchase Payments to be made hereunder, designated as payable from Surplus Revenues in the Qualified Obligations Account, satisfy the covenant set forth (i) in Section 6.05 of the 1999 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 1999 Installment Purchase Agreement, (ii) in Section 6.05 of the 2003-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2003-A Installment Purchase Agreement, (iii) in Section 6.05 of the 2009-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2009-A Installment Purchase Agreement and (iv) in Section 6.05 of the 2011-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2011-2011- A Installment Purchase Agreement and Agreement, (vii) in Section 6.05 of the 2012-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2012-A Installment Purchase Agreement, (iii) in Section 6.05 of the 2014-A Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2014-A Installment Purchase Agreement, (iv) in Section 6.05 of the 2015-B Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2015-B Installment Purchase Agreement, (v) Section 6.05 of the 2016 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2016 Installment Purchase Agreement, (vi) Section 6.05 of the 2017 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2017 Installment Purchase Agreement and (vii) Section 6.05 of the 2020 Installment Purchase Agreement and shall constitute Qualified Obligations as defined in and for purposes of the 2020 Installment Purchase Agreement.
