Common use of Source of Shares Clause in Contracts

Source of Shares. Upon the award of Restricted Shares and when a Performance Share is earned, the Company may issue authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock. Upon the exercise of an Option or SAR, the Company may deliver to the Participant (or the Participant's broker if the Participant so directs), authorized but unissued Common Stock.
