Source Water Infrastructure Sample Clauses
The Source Water Infrastructure clause defines the responsibilities and standards related to the facilities and systems used to extract, treat, and deliver water from its original source. This clause typically outlines requirements for the maintenance, operation, and upgrading of pipelines, pumps, treatment plants, and related equipment to ensure reliable water supply. By clearly assigning duties and setting performance expectations, the clause helps prevent disputes over infrastructure quality and ensures the consistent delivery of safe water.
