South Lake Tahoe City Code. Contractor acknowledges that all pertinent provisions within the South Lake Tahoe City Code are incorporated by reference as though set forth in full herein, and, further, the failure of Contractor or any subcontractor, of any tier, to comply with any of its/their obligations under the Contract Documents, or the requirements of the South Lake Tahoe City Code, or any other applicable law, code, statute, or regulation, shall be deemed a material breach of the Agreement.
