Common use of Space Available to Charterer Clause in Contracts

Space Available to Charterer. The whole reach, burthen and decks on the Vessel and any passenger accommodation (including Owner’s suite) shall be at Charterer’s disposal, reserving only proper and sufficient space for the Vessel’s Master, officers, crew, tackle, apparel, furniture, provisions and stores, provided that the weight of stores on board shall not, unless specially agreed, exceed ***** tonnes at any time during the Charter Period.

Space Available to Charterer. The whole reach, burthen and decks on of the Vessel and any passenger accommodation (including Owner’s suite) shall be at Charterer’s disposal, reserving only proper and sufficient space for the Vessel’s Mastermaster, officers, crew, or other reasonable number of personnel from Owner consistent with Charterer’s rights under Clause 20 (Supernumeraries), tackle, apparel, furniture, provisions and stores, provided that the weight of stores on board shall not, unless specially agreed, exceed ***** tonnes at any time during the Charter Period.

The whole reach, burthen and decks on the Vessel and any passenger accommodation (including Owner’s suite) shall be at Charterer’s disposal, reserving only proper and sufficient space for the Vessel’s Master, officers, crew, tackle, apparel, furniture, provisions and stores, provided that the weight of stores on board shall not, unless specially agreed, exceed ***** one hundred and fifty (150) tonnes at any time during the Charter Period.
