Space Enclosure. Upon request of Interconnector, BellSouth shall construct an equipment arrangement enclosure of a size and dimension jointly agreed upon by the Parties. Interconnector may request enclosed floor space in increments of one hundred (100) square feet, with a minimum of one hundred (100) square feet. Interconnector may, at its option, arrange with a BellSouth certified contractor to construct the space enclosure in accordance with BellSouth’s guidelines and specifications. Such contractor shall directly xxxx Interconnector for activities associated with the space enclosure construction.
Space Enclosure. For cages requested prior to June 1, 1999, the Space Enclosure Construction Fee is a monthly recurring fee, assessed per enclosure, per location with a one- hundred (100) square foot minimum enclosure. It recovers costs associated with providing an optional equipment arrangement enclosure, which include architectural and engineering fees, materials, and installation costs. The cost for additional square feet is applicable only when ordered with the first 100 square feet and must be requested in fifty (50) square foot increments. COMPASS may, at its option, arrange with a BellSouth certified contractor to construct the space enclosure in accordance with BellSouth’s guidelines and specifications. In this event, the contractor shall directly xxxx COMPASS for the space enclosure, and this fee shall not be applicable.

CBT will inform CLEC of the types of enclosures available in its application response. CLEC must provide the local CBT building contact with a card, key or other access device used to enter the locked enclosure. Except in case of emergency, or as specified in Schedule 12.15, CBT will not access CLEC's locked enclosure prior to notifying CLEC.

ALEC, Inc. may, at its option, arrange with a BellSouth certified contractor to construct the space enclosure in accordance with BellSouth’s guidelines and specifications. BellSouth will provide guidelines and specifications upon request. Such contractor shall directly bill ALEC, Inc. for activities associated with the space enclosure construction. ALEC, Inc. must provide the local BellSouth building contact with a card, key or other access device used to enter the locked enclosure. Except in case of emergency, BellSouth will not access ALEC, Inc.’s locked enclosure prior to notifying ALEC, Inc..
