Engineering Fees. The amount requested for this line item on the application was $160,000. This amount is for engineering services for this project and the full amount is allowable. Allowable Engineering Fees are $160,000.
Engineering Fees. A. During the Contract Term, the Consultant will perform the Work described in Section 1 above for a fee based on the negotiated scope of work, schedule and applicable hours for each Task Order multiplied by hourly rates set forth on [Exhibit A] “Rates and Fees” (subject to adjustment in the manner prescribed in Section 6)
B. Hourly pricing shall be firm and fixed during the Initial Term, and subject to Annual Economic Price Adjustments for each Renewal Term, if any.
C. The maximum billing for Work performed during any contract year during which this Contract is in effect will be $6,000,000. No unused amounts may be carried forward from one contract year to another. Individual Task Orders will not exceed $2,500,000.
X. Xxxxxxxx for the Work, including all Direct Expenses, will not exceed the maximum estimated amount set forth in the Task Order without the prior written approval of FW. The parties to this Contract must agree to any changes in the maximum estimated amounts, which will then be incorporated into the corresponding Task Order by written amendment.
Engineering Fees. On the Closing Date and on the date of each Borrowing Base redetermination, Borrowers shall pay to and reimburse Lender for all reasonable and customary fees and expenses in connection with the Engineering Reports.
Engineering Fees. The Borrower shall pay Amegy, solely for its account, the engineering fees, if any, provided in the Fee Letter.
Engineering Fees. The following table is the recommended allowable engineering fee for Funding Agency-financed projects. This fee includes preliminary engineering services in accordance with Funding Agency guides (Section B.1) and design and contract administration services (Section B.2) for the total engineering fee. Net Construction Cost of Entire Project Percent Fee Oklahoma State Statute requires that a licensed engineer must design any facility that affects public health or safety. The Funding Agency requires that the licensed engineering firm make necessary inspections during the construction phase of the facility to see that it is constructed according to the approved plans and specifications. These fees are established for professional services. III. RESIDENT INSPECTION FEE Net Construction Cost Percent Fee $100,000 or less 5.0 (or negotiated lump sum) The fee for full-time resident inspection to be paid under this contract will be a percent of the cost of construction, as determined above unless one of the following is checked:
( ) 1. The fee for part-time resident inspection to be paid under the contract will be percent ( . %) of the total cost of construction. The percentage used for this method of inspection will be less than that shown above.
( ) 2. The fee for (full-time) (part-time) resident inspection to be paid under this contract will be a lump sum to be dispersed during construction on a periodic basis on percentage ratios identical to those approved by the Engineer as a basis upon which to make partial payments to the contractor(s). Precisely, the fee will be $ .
( ) 3. The fee for (full-time) (part-time) resident inspection to be paid under this contract will be at the rate of $ per day which includes all travel and incidental expenses.
Engineering Fees. The project will be executed on a T&M basis, to be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears. Additional resources above the resources listed in Section 2 on a time and material basis of [***], to be invoiced on a monthly basis.
Engineering Fees. The nonrefundable interconnection engineering fee is set by the District according to facility size and shall be according to the District’s Utility Extension Fees Policy. Note: Any facility greater than 100 kW will not be governed by this agreement.
Engineering Fees. (a) Whenever the Building Department or the Housing and Community Development Department require inspection services by the City Engineer in connection with any construction project, the City Engineer shall make a reasonable estimate of its inspection fees. The property owner or developer shall be obligated to deposit with the Building Department or Housing and Community Development Department, as the case may be, the estimated amount of engineering inspection fees.
(b) Following the provision of engineering inspection services by the City Engineer or its designee, the City Engineer shall present its invoice for said services with the Building Department or the Housing and Community Development Department, as applicable. The City shall apply the amounts on deposit to pay said engineering inspection fees.
(c) In the event that the amount on deposit for engineering inspection fees is greater than the actual costs for said engineering inspection fees as set forth in the City Engineer’s invoice, the amounts remaining on deposit shall be promptly refunded to the owner or developer. In the event that the amount on deposit for engineering inspection fees is less than the actual costs for said engineering inspection fees as set forth in the City Engineer’s invoice, the shortfall shall be invoiced to the property owner or developer.
Engineering Fees. 1.1.1 Including the sbps offer of a 30% discount on its engineering fees, a limited budgetary plan is proposed at €680,880 in fees for all stages, including the relevant tasks listed in Schedule and Budget of Appendix B. A further budgetary allowance of €277,500 of costs external to sbp is also described in Appendix B. The amount for Stage 1 (including allowances for Stage 0 and the kick off meeting in Stuttgart in Dec 2018) has been agreed at €295,355, which includes an external contract for the Extreme Wind analysis of €7,500. Following Stage 1, sbps will make a joint update with VS concerning scope and budget for each following stage by the end of former stage, as defined in Appendix B. Meanwhile, VS will pay sbps for their engineering effort based on actual working hours documented with sbps project management system of wiko in accordance to the hourly fee rate as attached below.
1.1.2 In case of exceeding limited budget, sbps would inform VS in written form, prior one month earlier before the engineering task needed, concerning the extra needed engineering task and relevant required budget. Sbps will proceed further with extra engineering task after full consent is received from VS in written format while the payment procedure shall follow terms defined in the clause 1.1.1.
Engineering Fees. Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent and its Affiliates such fees and other amounts as Administrative Agent shall require for its engineering services in connection with each Determination of the Borrowing Base and for providing other services in connection with the credit facilities provided pursuant hereto. Such fees and other amounts shall be retained by the Administrative Agent and its Affiliates, and no Bank (other than Administrative Agent) shall have any interest therein.
