Space Layout Drawings Clause Samples
The Space Layout Drawings clause defines the requirement for providing detailed drawings that illustrate the arrangement and dimensions of spaces within a project. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for preparing and submitting these drawings, the level of detail required, and the timeline for their delivery. For example, it may require the architect to submit floor plans showing the placement of walls, doors, and furniture before construction begins. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties have a clear and agreed-upon visual reference for the spatial organization of the project, reducing misunderstandings and facilitating accurate construction.
