Common use of SPACECRAFT NOT LAUNCHED WITHIN SIX MONTHS AFTER ACCEPTANCE Clause in Contracts

SPACECRAFT NOT LAUNCHED WITHIN SIX MONTHS AFTER ACCEPTANCE. 18.1 If the Spacecraft is not launched within six (6) months after its Preliminary Acceptance per Article 9, entitled "Inspection and Acceptance," and is subsequently ordered to be launched within [************] following its Preliminary Acceptance, it is agreed that the Spacecraft shall be returned at Contractor's option at Contractor's expense, to Contractor's facility for inspection and refurbishment. Any inspection and refurbishment undertaken by Contractor to meet the requirements of Article 16 entitled, "Spacecraft Warranty," shall be at Contractor's expense, including Spacecraft transit insurance.
