Common use of Spanish Collateral Clause in Contracts

Spanish Collateral. In relation to any Collateral created under Security Documents governed by Spanish law, each of the Lenders hereby undertake, upon request by the Administrative Agent, to grant a power of attorney in its favor to exercise the powers contained in this Section 10.1, which shall be notarized and legalized by affixing an apostille pursuant to The Hague Convention of 1961.
