Spare Components. Spare components shall be made available to carry out replacement activities during the workshop. The spare components will be provided free of cost by the vendors along with the SoUL kit. The proportionate spare components as listed in the table below will be delivered by the vendors as per instructions from IIT Bombay. Additional spares ,if any, as specified during the course of the project must be made available to permit uninterrupted service of lamps. The spares and the replacements of defective components should be done within 15 working days of reporting the defect. The cost of spares and replacements which includes all cost freight and taxes to be borne by the vendor. All the components provided as spare parts should be packed separately and supplied to specified locations, as and when intimated by IIT Bombay.   • Software Components At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.

  • Program Components Activities and services delivered under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities, as defined in Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf) as well as with public health accountability outcome and process metrics (if applicable) as follows:

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Spare Parts 14.1 As specified, the supplier may be required to provide any or all of the following materials, notifications, and information pertaining to spare parts manufactured or distributed by the supplier:

  • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.

  • OPEN SOURCE COMPONENTS The DS Offerings may include open source components. Whenever notices (such as acknowledgment, copies of licenses or attribution notice) are required by the original licensor, such notices are included in the Documentation of the DS Offerings. Moreover, some open source components may not be distributed and licensed under the terms of the Agreement but under the terms of their original licenses as set forth in the Documentation of the DS Offerings themselves. Source code for open source software components is available upon request. Except for components mentioned in the section EXCLUSIONS below, the warranty and indemnification provided by DS under the Agreement apply to all open source software components and shall be provided by DS and not by the original licensor, but only for the use of the DS Offerings that is in compliance with the terms of the Agreement, and in conjunction with the DS Offerings. The original licensors of said open source software components provide them on an “as is” basis and without any liability whatsoever to Customer.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
