Common use of SPARE PARTS, OIL AND LUBRICANTS Clause in Contracts

SPARE PARTS, OIL AND LUBRICANTS. The Agency shall keep adequate stock of spare parts & consumables required for repair & maintenance of the Equipment. This shall entirely be the responsibility of the Agency and the Company shall not be responsible for the same. However the Company may provide a separate space for storing the spare parts.
