Common use of Special Agreement - Pension (Municipal) Act Clause in Contracts

Special Agreement - Pension (Municipal) Act. The Corporation shall contribute two and one-half percent (2½%) of each employee's basic monthly salary, to be an additional contribution to Municipal Superannuation, provided that each such employee has completed six (6) months of service and as a condition of employment shall be required to contribute two percent (2%) of his basic monthly salary as an addition to Municipal Superannuation.
