SPECIAL ALLOCATION OF PROFIT. In the event that there is distributed to a Shareholder a Special Precontribution Gain Distribution pursuant to Section 8.1(c), there shall be specially allocated to such Shareholder prior to any other allocations hereunder other than those pursuant to Section 6.7 and 6.8 an amount of Profit equal to the amount described in clause (i) of Section 8.1(c) divided by one minus the effective percentage used to calculate that portion of the Special Precontribution Gain Distribution referred to in clause (ii) of Section 8.1(c).
