Special Allocations of Nonrecourse Deductions. Notwithstanding any provision of Section 6.2, Section 6.5(a) and Section 6.5(b), in compliance with Treasury Regulation § 1.704-2, allocations of Nonrecourse Deductions shall be made among the Partners in the same manner as Net Losses are allocated under Section 6.2.
