Special Collateral; Excluded Collateral. (a) None of the Collateral constitutes, or is the Proceeds of, (1) Farm Products, (2) As-Extracted Collateral, (3) Manufactured Homes, (4) Health-Care Insurance Receivables, (5) timber to be cut or (6) aircraft engines, satellites, ships or railroad rolling stock
(b) No Excluded Asset is material to the business of such Grantor other than as set forth on Schedule 7 hereto.
Special Collateral; Excluded Collateral. As of the date hereof, none of the Collateral of such Grantor constitutes, or is the Proceeds of, (1) Farm Products, (2) As-Extracted Collateral, (3) Health-Care Insurance Receivables or (4) timber to be cut.

As of the Closing Date, no material portion of the Collateral consists of Vehicles or other goods subject to a certificate of title.
(b) No material portion of the Grantors’ assets constitutes Excluded Assets and no Excluded Asset is material to the business of the Grantors other than as set forth on Schedule 5 hereto.
