SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE. NOTWITHSTANDING anything else to the contrary herein contained these Special Conditions of Sale represent a further Agreement between the Vendor and the Purchaser and in the event of any conflict between the Special Conditions of Sale and any other provisions of this Agreement these Special Conditions of Sale shall take precedence.
