Special Conference Option for Fraction Calculations. In accord with Article XV Special Conferences, the University and the Union will meet two (2) times per term (approximately mid-term and end of term, by mutual agreement) to discuss potentially problematic average weekly work expectations in excess of fraction calculation estimates and to identify possible avenues for resolutions that are mutually acceptable to the University and to the Union. Three (3) representatives from GEO, and three (3) representatives from the University may attend the special conference.
