Special Construction Involving Interstate and Intrastate Facilities. When special construction involves facilities used to provide both interstate and intrastate services, charges for the portion of the construction used to provide intrastate service shall be in accordance with CenturyLink’s intrastate access tariff(s). Charges for the portion of the construction used to provide interstate service shall be in accordance with CenturyLink Operating Companies interstate tariff(s).
