Special Covenants with respect to Accounts and Related Contracts. (a) Each Grantor shall keep its office where it keeps its records concerning the Accounts and Related Contracts, and all originals of all chattel paper that evidence Accounts, at the locations therefor set forth on Schedule 4(d), or upon written notice to Collateral Agent within 30 days of any relocation, at such other location in a jurisdiction where all action that may be necessary or desirable, or that Collateral Agent may request, in order to perfect and protect any security interest granted or purported to be granted hereby, or to enable Collateral Agent to exercise and enforce its rights and remedies hereunder, with respect to such Accounts and Related Contracts shall have been taken.
