Special Disposition Provision. In addition to other disposition provisions, FTA may vest title in tangible personal property used in the conduct of basic or applied scientific research in a nonprofit institution of higher education or in a nonprofit organization whose primary purpose is conducting scientific research, provided the requirements of 31 U.S.C. § 6306 are met.
