Special district charges, special assessments, special ad valorem levies specifically including but not limited to charges imposed by the City of Yonkers for frontage feet (“CC001”); Housing Units (“CC002”); ETPA Charge (“CC003”); and a Safety Inspection Fee (“CC004”) and district charges including but not limited to pure water charges and Westchester County sewer district charges (collectively the “Special Charges”), are not included in the amount of the Tax Payment and are to be paid in full in accordance with normal billing practices.
