SPECIAL EFFECTIVITY MATTERS. Solely with respect to all of the A320 Group 3 Aircraft, the Buyer and the Seller agree that [***] (the "Effective Date"). On the Effective Date, the Buyer [***] with respect to the A320 Group 3 Aircraft as set forth in Clause 5.2.3 of the Agreement. Except as set forth herein, nothing contained herein shall modify the terms and conditions of the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Buyer and the Seller shall remain obligated to perform their respective obligations and are subject to the rights and remedies under the Agreement on even date herewith.
