Special Employment Arrangements. 43.1 The parties recognise that in some special circumstances it may be necessary for the Agency to determine that an employee or group of employees who are bound by this Agreement and who occupy certain positions should have special employment arrangements that may differ from some of the terms and conditions under this Agreement as specified in Annex B to this Agreement.
