Special Event Packages Sample Clauses

Special Event Packages. You can add Special Event Packages to your Package when they are available. You will be charged the fee for the Special Event Package (which will be notified to you at the time of your order) at the next Payment Date after you order the Special Event Package (which may be in advance of the Special Event). You can remove the Special Event Package at any time before the Special Event commences. If you have been charged for the Special Event Package and remove the Special Event Package prior to the start of the Special Event, we will provide you with a refund via a credit to your Foxtel Account. After the Special Event starts, we will not provide you with a refund if you decide to remove the Special Event Package.
