Special Exercise Provisions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Plan or in this Agreement, if the Participant is employed or resides in China or Italy, then the Participant shall only exercise the Options granted hereunder using the “Cashless Exercise” method as defined in the Plan and shall not have the right to use any other method otherwise permitted under this Agreement.
