Special Instructions As used herein, the term "Special Instructions" shall mean Proper Instructions countersigned or confirmed in writing by the Treasurer or any Deputy or Assistant Treasurer of the applicable Fund or any other person designated by the Treasurer of such Fund in writing, which countersignature or confirmation shall be (i) included on the same instrument containing the Proper Instructions or on a separate instrument relating thereto, and (ii) delivered by hand, by facsimile transmission, or in such other manner as the applicable Fund and the Custodian agree in writing.
Additional Instructions Owner may issue additional instructions during the progress of the Work by means of Drawings or other media necessary to illustrate changes in the Work.

SECURITY POLICIES AND NOTIFICATIONS State Security Policies and Procedures The Contractor and its personnel shall review and be familiar with all State security policies, procedures and directives currently existing or implemented during the term of the Contract, including ITS Policy NYS-P03-002 Information Security Policy (or successor policy). Security Incidents Contractor shall address any Security Incidents in the manner prescribed in ITS Policy NYS-P03-002 Information Security Policy (or successor policy), including the New York State Cyber Incident Reporting Procedures incorporated therein or in such successor policy.
Additional Insurance Conditions (a) Contractor’s policy(ies) shall be primary insurance to any other valid and collectible insurance available to the State of Minnesota with respect to any claim arising out of Contractor’s performance under this Professional and Technical Services Master Contract;
Operating Instructions The Design Professional shall assemble and forward to the Owner all equipment and systems operation and maintenance manuals provided by the Contractor in compliance with the Specifications.
Instructions for Operators This agreement is intended to be provided to an Operator from a LEA. The Operator should fully read the agreement and is requested to complete the below areas of the agreement. Once the Operator accepts the terms of the agreement, the Operator should wet sign the agreement and return it to the LEA. Once the LEA signs the agreement, the LEA should provide a signed copy of the agreement to the Operator. ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.
