Special Interest Notice. In the event the Issuers are required to pay Special Interest, the Issuers shall provide written notice to the Trustee of the Issuers’ obligation to pay Special Interest no later than 15 days prior to the next interest payment date, which notice shall set forth the amount of the Special Interest to be paid by the Issuers on such payment date. The Trustee shall not at any time be under any duty or responsibility to any Holders to determine whether the Special Interest is payable or the amount thereof.
