Common use of Special Laboratory Services Clause in Contracts

Special Laboratory Services. 2.3.5.1 Party B shall provide high pressure and high pressure hydrocyanation laboratory Services for Party A with its own special lab facilities and provide Employees for such Services. 2.3.5.2 Party B will provide fee schedules for its special laboratory services to Party A which shall be followed upon Party A’s confirmation. Please see Exhibit 6—Special Laboratory Services Agreement.
