Common use of Special Lenders Clause in Contracts

Special Lenders. Unless the Required Lenders seek indemnification, payment, or reimbursement under, or invoke the provisions of, Sections 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, or 3.10, if any Borrower is obligated to pay to the Administrative Agent or any Lender any amount under said Sections, the Borrowers may, so long as no Default or Event of Default then exists, replace such Lender with a new Lender reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, and such Lender hereby agrees to be so replaced subject to the following:
