Except to correct errors or omissions in Loan Papers, without the written consent of the Administrative Agent given on a case-by-case basis, amend or modify, or waive any of the terms and conditions of any Purchased Loans, or settle or compromise any claim in respect of them, or accept other than cash or the exchange of comparable Purchased Loans (which is concurrently sold by the Seller to the Buyers) in liquidation of any Purchased Loans.
