Special Offers. MP will (i) use best efforts to promote through the Affiliated MP Site any special or promotional offers made available by or on behalf of MP through any Additional MP Channel and (ii) promote through the Affiliated MP Site on a regular and consistent basis special offers exclusively available to AOL Members and/or AOL Users ((i) and (ii) collectively, the "Special Offers"). MP will provide AOL with reasonable prior notice of Special Offers so that AOL can market the availability of such Special Offers in the manner AOL deems appropriate in its editorial discretion, subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
